26 Vegan Meal Ideas for Toddlers and Kids

Hi Reader,

This past Sunday, I had no idea what to prepare for dinner.

I scanned my fridge for a bit, spent about 10 minutes scrolling on Pinterest, and even asked my family what sounded good to them—and still there was no inspiration for a meal.

Do you ever experienced that?

Meal planning sometimes feels like an endless maze in trying to figure out what to cook—between the lack of motivation and/or energy, the numerous food preferences of every family member, and just trying to figure out what’s easy to make.

In today's blog post, I'm sharing with you 26 Vegan Meal Ideas for Toddlers and Kids to help you find some inspiration on what to prepare for your vegan family. These are actual meals I've given my family.

I also include a brief overview of what nutrients to focus on in your meal planning so you feel reassured you're giving them what they need.

And if you're wondering what I ended up making for dinner on Sunday: burritos. Took some flour tortillas, canned of refried beans, chopped some lettuce, tomatoes, and called it a meal. Easy :)

Let's get unstuck and together, create nutritious, delicious, and enjoyable vegan meals for our family! You can find some inspiration on the blog to help you get started.

Happy vegan feeding,

Karla

Hey Reader, Are you good at treating your child's coughs? I'm not. And neither were my parents back when I was 17 years old with a persistent cough. When I was 17, I had a terrible cough that wouldn't let me sleep. You know, where the moment you lay down on your bed, you cough and cough and cough... My...
